Commitment

I will never abandon you. Even when the road is rough and things get tough I will be by your side. We will weather all the obstacles in our path. Your people, will be my people, your enemies, my enemies. I will stand if only to cover your fallen body. Should the enemy overtake us and cause us to fall; I will protect you with my life, sword in hand engaged in mortal combat.  I will turn my weakness into strength and push, while you pull. I will scale any precipice with you, ropes hitched and tethered together, free climbing the mountain of destiny. Should you fall, I will go with you if only to remember in that fleeting moment that we can fly.
